Чарли, nephew of a mafia boss from the New York neighborhood known as Little Italy, aspires to own his own restaurant. To achieve this goal, it is essential for him to win the favor of his affluent uncle, maintain proper conduct, exhibit respectability, but most importantly, stay clear of his erratic friend, Johnny Boy, who breaks into mailboxes and borrows money from loan sharks with no intention of repaying it.
